ich habe den link für die inbox im Sharepoint und per mail den Mitarbeitern, welche darauf zugreifen müssen gegeben bzw. verknüpft. Trotz der Freigabe für lesen und bearbeiten werden sie saufgefordert sich einzuloggen. Kann ich das verhindern so dass sie ohne anmeldung auf die Inbox kommen?

But, it might take a while until they're available again.

Now, coming back to your question, unfortunately, other users can't be able to access the Jotform Inbox without a Jotform account. As a workaround, you can share the Submission Table instead, but keep in mind that you can only share it with Read-Only access. Let me show you how:

1. On your Form Builder, select the Form that you want to share the submissions of, and click on the Submissions button in the navigation bar.

2. Once you are on the Jotform Tables page, click on the Share button on the top-right side of the page.

3. Click on Share Settings and set your Table’s privacy options. It is set to Private Table as default, so only the people you invite will be able to see your Tables. So, you need to change it to Public

4. Now, click on Go back in the top-right corner of the panel, copy the Generated Link, and send it to the person whom you want to see the submissions.
