In der Benachrichtigungs-E-Mail fehlt ein Feld

in meinem Formular, welches ich per Mail dann ausgefüllt erhalte, wird bei der Angabe von einem Kind das Alter einfach nicht eingespielt und ich muss mich jedes Mal in jotforms anmelden, um die Altersangabe zu sehen. Wenn zwei Kinder ausgewählt werden wird das Alter angezeigt.Woran liegt das?

To my understanding, if 2 children are selected, you're able to receive the age information about them. But, if only 1 child is selected, the age of the child is not visible in the notification email that you receive. Is that right? I've cloned your form and tested it, and had the same issue. After investigating, I found that your "Alter Ihres Kindes" field is not added to the email content of your notification email. Instead, you have added the "Schreiben Sie eine Frage" to the rows. Check out my screenshot below:

However, I also can't find a "Schreiben Sie eine Frage" field to your form builder. Have you added this by mistake? If yes, let me show you how to fix this and add the "Alter Ihres Kindes" field. 

1. In the Form Builder, click on Settings on the orange navigation bar at the top of the page.
2. Select Emails from the left side window, and click on the Pencil icon of your Notification Email.
3. From the Email tab, go to the Email Content and look for "Schreiben Sie eine Frage" and the unique name "{nameIhres}"beside it, then click on the Delete button from your keyboard.
4. Place the cursor of your mouse to the deleted "{nameIhres}" row and click on the Add Form Field on the upper right side of the page.
5. Select "Alter Ihres Kindes", then enter the field label.
6. Click on the Save button to save the changes made.

Now, if you intentionally added "Schreiben Sie eine Frage" to the email content, then you have to insert a row after that field, and add "Alter Ihres Kindes". Let's do this.

1. Still in the Email Content on of your Notification Email, place the cursor of your mouse to "Schreiben Sie eine Frage", and click on the Add Row After button.
2. Click on the Add Form Fields, and select "Alter Ihres Kindes". 
3. Click on the Save button once you're done.
