    Hallo leider ist seid Tagen unser Formular auf unserer Internetseite nicht mehr aktiv.

    " Form over quota".

    Wir haben zig Nachrichten gelöscht und auch den Papierkorb geleert.Leider ohne Erfolg. Was ist das Problem? Könne Sie uns helfen?

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our German Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. Or, if you'd rather have support in German, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

    Now, let me help you with your question.  It appears that your form is disabled in its settings. You can enable your form in 3 easy steps. Let me show you how:

    1. Open your form in Form Builder.
    2. In the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
    3. In the Form Settings window, set the Form Status to Enable. That's it, you're done.
