Hoe verander ik mijn inloggegevens

Het account toeslagenteam is nu nog gekoppeld aan het google-account toeslagenteam@gmail.com. Er is een risico inventarisatie geweest en we moeten dit nu loskoppelen en inloggen middels een e-mailadres. Dit e-mailadres, thp@lokalis.nl, was eerder gekoppeld aan een jotform account, dus dat lukte niet. Ik heb dat account verwijderd, maar ik kan thp@lokalis nog steeds niet koppelen aan toeslagenteam. Welke stap zie ik over het hoofd?

• Next, log in to the account at toeslagenteam@gmail.com and change the email address to thp@lokalis.nl.
