    Hi Sebastian_Schubert,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Our German Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users right now, so I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in German, let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.

Now, coming back to your question, rest assured, we’ll find a solution for this. Can you share with us a screen recording of what’s happening so we can try to replicate it on our end? You can share the video recording on any public sharing platform like Google Drive or Dropbox, or you can simply use Loom to record the video and share the video link with us.

Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to move forward with a solution.

    Hi,

I have now reviewed the problem a bit further in detail. A video unfortunately I cannot create. However, here is the explanation of what is happening.

    1. I have a trigger file, that autofills two other autofills.
    2. Those autofills then fill-in several fields in the form.
    3. Depending on the content of those fields, other fields shall appear or not.

Unfortunately, it seems, that the process takes too long, i.e. step 3 is taking place while step 2 is not yet completed, as it takes a short moment to fill in all the fields.

Is there therefore a way to have step 3 wait for 2 seconds before applying the logic? Or is there any other way to handle the issue?

    Thanks for your reply

    Sebastian

Sorry, please disregard my question. I just seemed to solve it with updating the table in the background.

    Thanks

    Sebastian

    Hi Sebastian,

To confirm, are you referring to the Spreadsheet to Form Widget or the Update/Calculate Field Condition? Also, can you confirm the link to the form in question and provide us with the screenshot of the fields in question? This will help us easily locate the fields in question as we are having a hard time locating them due to language differences. This guide will show you how to do that.

Once we hear back from you, we can move forward with a solution.
