Falsches Account wurde Upgrade

Ich habe 2 accounts bei Jotform und ich habe leider das falsche Abo verlängert. Dieses Abo sollte upgrated werden und das andere nicht. Was tun?

Now, coming back to your question, I understand that you have mistakenly upgraded the wrong account. What we can do is to cancel the subscription of the wrong account and request a refund. Let me show you how:

1. Login to the mistakenly upgraded account and click on your avatar/profile picture.
2. In the dropdown, click on Settings. You will then be redirected to the Settings page.
3. On the Settings page, go to the Billing tab on your left-hand menu.
4. In your plan, click the Change Plan button.
5. Select the Starter (Free) plan, then follow the instructions on your screen.

After completing the step, you can go ahead and upgrade the correct account.
