Ciao, da questa mattina, se clicco sul modulo da me creato (tattoo einverständniserklärung) dice : " Dieses Formular steht momentan nicht zur Verfügung"

Now, let me help you with your question. As I can check, the form is present on your account. You are getting that error message because the form is currently Disabled. Refer to the below screenshot :

Let me show you how you could enable the form. First open your form in Edit mode :

1. Log into your Jotform Account.
2. Under the My Forms page, hover over your mouse on a form and select Edit form option.

Once the form is open in the Edit mode, now we could go ahead and enable it. Let me show you how :

1. Click on the Settings on the Blue navigation bar at the top of the page.

2. In the menu that opens on the left side of the page, click on Form Settings.

3. Click on the Disabled Button.

4. Under the Form Status Dropdown, select the Enabled option.

5. Click on the Save Button.

That's it. Now the form is enabled, and you can access it via the Form URL.
