Dynamische Daten / Testphase

Liebes Jotform-Team,

ich heiße Felix und handle im Namen meines Kunden. In erster Linie geht es bei meinem Auftrag um die Vernetzung zwischen Ninox und Jotform über Make.

Meine Frage vorab, gibt es ein z.B. Erklärvideo, wie ich ein Jotform Formular mit dyn. Daten aus Ninox füllen kann? Ich nenne ein mögliches Szenario: Die Teamer des Unternehmens nehmen an Veranstaltungen teil und laden anschließend per Jotform Formular ihre Spesen in Ninox hoch. Es wäre an dieser Stelle von Vorteil, wenn die Teamer aus den aktuellen Veranstaltungen auswählen können, sodass bei der Erfassung keine Fehler passieren. Ich könnte alternativ der Veranstaltung jeweils eine ID geben, hier muss man jedoch leider davon ausgehen, dass die Teamer die ID nicht mehr wissen oder falsch eingeben. Abgesehen von dem Beispiel fallen mir noch weitere Dinge ein, wo eine Auswahl dynamischer Daten sinnvoll wäre. Über einen Hinweis würde ich mich sehr freuen.

Or, if you'd rather have support in German, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

Now, let me help you with your question. Unfortunately, you can't dynamically fill the Jotform by Ninox. If you want to fill out your Jotform dynamically, you'll have to use a Spreadsheet to form widget that you can use to import your data, but it won't populate the Product List field. Let me show you how to use it:

• Create a spreadsheet that includes your data in the structure you see below. It's important that the column names in the spreadsheet and field names on the form are the same.

• In Form Builder, click on the Add Form Element menu on the left side of the page.
• Under the Widgets tab, search for the Spreadsheet to Form widget and add it to your form.

• In the Widget Settings window that opens up, upload your data file and customize the other options. 
• Then, click on Update Widget.

• In the final stage, add the fields to view values and name them the same as on the spreadsheet.
