Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren,
leider habe ich seit einiger Zeit ohne Erfolg versucht den "erweiterten Formular-Designer" zu öffnen. Es wird mir lediglich das im Anhang per Screenshot hinzugefügte (Lade-)Bild angezeigt.
Woran kann dies liegen?
Was kann ich tun, damit ich in den erweiterten Formular-Designer komme?
Für eine kurze Rückmeldung bedanke ich mich.

Our German Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users right now, so I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in German, let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.
Now, coming back to your question, unfortunately, I couldn't see the screenshot you shared on my end. Can you try to send it again? We’ve got a guide here that’ll show you how to do that. In the meantime, I cleared your form caches to correct any unnecessary errors in the form. Can you please try logging out from your account and then clear your browser caches and cookies before logging in again to see if that would make any difference?
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

Hello Rene,
it is now working again.
Unfortunately, however,
I cannot make my desired change to my form, or more specifically to my "scale evaluation".I can only create a scale from 0-10. However, I need a scale that goes from 0 to 100, but in steps of 10.
How can I adjust the scale in a scale rating so that it contains 0/10/20/30/.../100?
