Hannah Steffen -

Hi Hannah,
Our Deutsch Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users right now, so I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Deutsch, let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.
Now, coming back to your question, the 500 total submissions storage is the total number of submissions you can store on your account itself, this is different from the monthly limit. So for example, in the Starter plan, you are allowed to have a total submission storage of 500. These 500 are the most recent submissions that you received. If you exceed this limit, the oldest submission data will be deleted, giving way for the new ones to be received.
The 100 limit is the monthly submission limit for a free account; in other words, it counts the submissions received in all of your forms. The limits apply to the entire account, not to each one of your forms. This monthly usage limit refers to the maximum number of times you can use that feature every month. When you hit a monthly limit, you can either wait for the counter to reset which happens on the first day of each month, or upgrade your account to increase your limits. Here you can learn about Your Account Usage and Limits. I would suggest upgrading your account to one of our paid plans to receive more submissions. Also, you may visit our Pricing page for a quick breakdown of the limits for each plan.
Let us know if you have any other questions.
