Downgrade nicht möglich

    Hallo, wollte mein Profil downgraden und bin der Anleitung gefolgt - über Einstellungen - Rechnungen... Aber die Seite Rechnungen lädt nicht. Bitte um entsprechende Umsetzung des downgrades. Danke!

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Our German Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users right now, so I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in German, let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.

    Now, coming back to your question, I've canceled your subscription. Your account will remain in the Bronze plan for the period you paid for until the next billing date. Afterward, your account will automatically downgrade to the Starter (Free) plan and no longer be billed.
