Now, coming back to your question, I understand you want to switch your payment method from PayPal to your credit card. To do so, you must cancel the subscription from your PayPal account first and then upgrade your account using your credit card. Let me show you how:

1. Log in to your PayPal account and select the gear icon in the upper-right corner.
2. Go to Payments at the top and select Manage automatic payments.
3. Select Jotform Inc on the left and cancel your subscription.
4. In the confirmation dialog, select Cancel Automatic Payments.
