für meine Schwimmschule möchte ich ein Anmeldeformular mit Buchungsoption bei Jotform bauen. Es gibt die Funktion im Shop Konfiguator ein Kontingent einzustellen. Jedoch verschwindet das Produkt sobald das Kontingent erreicht wurde. Was wir bräuchten wäre eine Art Warteliste. Dass Kunden sich auf die Warteliste schreiben können wenn das Kontingent erreicht ist.

Ist dies in irgendeiner Art möglich?

Now, coming back to your question, I understand that you want to create a waiting list option once the quota of your registration form has been reached. Please allow me some time to create a workaround for this.

As a workaround, you can add a message once the registration is full using the paragraph element. I also suggest creating a separate form for the waiting list and embed it to your registration form using the iFrame Embed widget. Then, show this conditionally if a respondent wants to be in the waiting list. Let me walk you through it:

First, let's add Form Calculation widget, to get the value from the product list field:

1. In the Form Builder of your “Registration Form”, click on the Add Form Element on the left side of the page and select Form Calculation from the Widgets tab.
2. Click on the Wand icon, and click on Add Field.
3. Select the Product List field and click on the Save button.
4. Click on the Gear icon, and from the Advanced tab, toggle Hide Field.

Make the warning message:

1. In the Form Builder , click on the Add Form Element on the left side of the page, and select Paragraph.
2. Click on the Pencil icon of the added element to Edit Text.
3. Enter your message regarding the registration being full, and click on the Check icon to Save it.

Let's make the option if the respondent wants to be in the waiting list:

1. In the Form Builder, click on the Add Form Element on the left side of the page, and select Single Choice.
2. Click on the Gear icon and enter the Field Label. You can ask here if a respondent wants to be in the waiting list.
3. From the Options tab, enter "Yes" or "No".

We can show this conditionally once the registration reached its limit. Let's do it:

1. In the Form Builder, click on Settings on the orange navigation bar at the top of the page.
2. Select Conditions on the left side window, and choose Show/Hide Field.
3. Set up the condition like the screenshot below and click on the Save button.

Then, let's add the iFrame Embed widget:

1. In the Form Builder, click on the Add Form Element on the left side of the page.
2. From the Widgets tab, search for iFrame Embed.

Next, go to your "Waiting List" form, and copy the form URL:

1. In the Form Builder, click on Publish on the orange navigation bar at the top of the page.
2. From Quick Share, under Share With Link, click on the Copy Link button.

Now, go back to your “Registration Form” and paste the URL in the iFrame Embed widget:

1. In the Form Builder, select the iFrame Embed widget, and click on the Wand icon.
2. Paste the URL of your “Waiting List” form in the Frame URL box, and click on Update Widget at the bottom of the page.
3. Show this conditionally using the Show/Hide Filed condition, and set up the condition like the screenshot below:
