    Leider können wir die Integration von Stripe nicht hinzufügen, da die Seite hängen bleibt.

    Können Sie uns da bitte weiterhelfen.

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our German Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in German, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

    I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, but everything was working properly. Check out the screencast below to see my results:

    As your form has not received any submissions yet, can you try removing the product list field, and add it again before reconnecting the integration? Let me show you how to do that:

    1. In Form Builder, click on your Product List and on the Trash icon next to it.
    2. Next, on the Form Elements menu, under the Payments tab, select Stripe.
    3. Then click on the Connect button and authenticate with your Stripe account again.
