Problem beim Ändern der Überschrift eines Formulars

Sehr geehrtes Support-Team,

ich habe ein Problem mit der Überschrift eines meiner Jotform-Formulare. Obwohl ich die Überschrift nachträglich geändert habe, wird die aktualisierte Version nicht oben im Formular angezeigt. Stattdessen erscheint immer wieder die alte Überschrift.

Ich habe das Formular in ein anderes Formular eingebettet, sodass es nach dem ersten ausgefüllt werden sollte. Auch in diesem Fall wird stets die alte Überschrift angezeigt, obwohl ich die Änderung bereits etliche Male versucht habe. Ich habe den Cache meines Browsers geleert, das Formular neu geladen und die Änderung von verschiedenen Geräten und Browsern aus vorgenommen – leider ohne Erfolg.

Ich bin nun ratlos und weiß nicht mehr, woran das Problem liegen könnte. Könnten Sie mir bitte weiterhelfen?

Now, coming back to your question, I can see that your form title has been updated. Take a look at the screenshot below:

I've cleared the cache of your forms. You can also clear the cache of your forms in just a few steps. Let me show you how:

1. On your My Forms page, click on your Profile Image/Avatar icon.

2. In the window that opens, click on Settings.

3. In the Settings menu, scroll down to the bottom and click on Clear Cache. That's it, you're done.

I have followed the instructions exactly as shown in the screenshots, but the issue has not been resolved. The word "stärke" is still appearing for me.

I also couldn't replicate the issue when I checked the Thank You page of the second form.

As I can't replicate the issue from my end, can you try to access your form using a different browser?
