Guten Tag Jotform Team,
ich habe ein gewaltiges Problem. Seit neuestem sind alle meine Antworten für jegliche Fragebögen nicht mehr vorhanden und damit auch die Möglichkeit neuen Umsatz für mein Unternehmen zu machen.
Ich würde mich über eine zeitnahe Antwort sehr freuen!

Hi Matt,
Our German Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users right now, so I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in German, let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.
Now, coming back to your question, this was a temporary issue and I just heard back from our Developer Team that they've solved it, so it should all be working fine now. Can you please check your submission table or inbox again to see if the submission data is now showing there?
