Gibt eis Formular mit Zahlungs Debitkarte? Und Automatisch Abo Verlängerung, z.B. bei ende Jahr automatisch abbucht von Debitkarte.

As for your question, you can set up a recurring payment option on your form. Let me show you how:

1. In Form Builder, select Add Form Elements in the upper-left corner.
2. In Form Elements, go to Payments at the top.
3. Choose your desired payment integration.
4. In Payment Settings on the right, connect and configure your account and settings.
5. Under Payment Type, select Sell Subscription, then click Continue.
6. Select Create Subscription.
7. Configure your subscription details.

Once you’ve configured the subscription details, your form will allow users to set up recurring payments seamlessly. You can also check our form templates to find the best sample for your needs.

• Click on Create Form on the upper left side.
• Select Use template.
