brauche ich für die Anmeldung zu unserer Veranstaltung noch einen Abschnitt, in dem ich die Teilnehmer über die personenbezogenen Daten informiere - sozusagen eine Datenschutzerklärung?

Oder ist das bereits über Jotform abgesichert?

Now, coming back to your question, if you need to add a Data Declaration consent to your form, you can use the Short Scrollable Terms widget where the users can review the terms content and click on a checkbox to agree. Let me show you how to add it to your form:

1. In the Form Elements window, go to Widgets.
2. Search for Short Scrollable Terms and drag it to your form.
3. On the right side, you can modify the widget to change the checkbox label and the terms content.
