Monday integration does not work for multiple forms

Lieber Support ich habe ein Problem mit meinen Monday Integrationen und zwar habe ich vier verschiedene Formulare allerdings sollen alle in das selbe Board in Monday erfasst werden allerdings wird nur eins der vier durch die eingestellte monday integration erfasst obwohl ich alle Integrationen für die Formular eingestellt habe

Now, coming back to your question, I checked the Monday.com integration and compared the setup of the form with working integration with the ones that are not working. I see that you have the same setup and the same type of fields on the form. I assume that the integration does not work for the other forms because of the field on your form labeled "Whitepaper". I see that the form with working integration has one option and it is "Cybersecurity" while the other 3 forms have different options like "Künstliche Intelligenz", "Prozessautomatisierung", and "Change Management".

May I know what is the column type of your Monday column labeled "Whitepaper" that you matched with the Jotform dropdown field? Can you confirm if "Künstliche Intelligenz", "Prozessautomatisierung", and "Change Management" are added as the column's options? If no, can you add them and test the integration again?

Hello thank you for the response the column field I have for the Drop-Down field is a status column where I have all 4 options integrated

Now 2 of them worked "Cybersecurity" and "Prozessautomatisierung" but the other two forms still doesn't work with the integration.
