Now, coming back to your question, please note that HubSpot is an available supported CRM that can be integrated into your Jotform forms. Let me show you how to set this up:

• In Form Builder, circle back to Settings at the top of the page.
• In the Settings menu, click on the Integrations option.
• Then search for HubSpot, and Authenticate your HubSpot account.

• Once your account is connected, match your form fields to your HubSpot.

If you are listing predetermined options, make sure that you use the same element in HubSpot. For example, if you are using Multiple Choice options in Jotform, map them to the same Field Type in HubSpot. We also have a guide about How to Integrate Jotform with Hubspot CRM that you can check out.
