    wir würden gerne unseren Account auf 100 Formulare und einen zusätzlichen Nutzer hochstufen.

    Können sie mir hierfür bitte ein Angebot zukommen lassen?

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Our German Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users right now, so I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Italian, let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.

    Now, coming back to your question, while the Gold plan can accommodate 100 forms, our standard plans (Starter, Bronze, Silver, and Gold) are individual, single-user plans. So, it is not possible to add one user. If you need an account that allows multiple users, we encourage you to look into upgrading to Jotform Enterprise. Enterprise accounts can accommodate everyone on your team, while giving you full control and visibility into each action taken by members of your team, for IT audit purposes. 

    Or, if you simply want to share your form/submission with other people, you can use the collaboration feature. This feature is available in all account types. Check out these guides about How to Share Your Jotform Tables and Collaborate and Understanding Form Collaboration.
