    Hi Cihan,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our German Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in German, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

    So that we can investigate what's happening further, can you share with us the submission ID and the email address of the recipient who have not received the autoresponder email? In the meantime, it's possible to verify on your account if an email was sent out to your user. Let me show you how to do that:

    1. On your My Forms page, hover your mouse over your Avatar and click on Settings.

    1. In the list that pops up, scroll down and click on History.
    2. In the All Actions dropdown menu, scroll down to the bottom and click on Emails.
    3. Click on the New Window icon on the left side of the Form ID to open the email of the related submission.
