    Hallo,


    Folgendes Problem haben wir aktuell:

    Eingehende Bewerbungen werden nicht an den angegebenen Empfänger gesendet und sind teilweise auch nicht im Dashboard zu sehen.

    Bitten um schnellstmögliche Rückmeldung.

    Hi Cihan,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Our German Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users right now, so I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in German, let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.

    Now, coming back to your question, are you referring to the Beinbrech - Fachverkäufer Trockenbau (m/w/d) form? Also, are you referring to getting the notification emails? If so, I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, but everything was working properly. Check out the screenshot below to see my results:

    I've cleared the cache of your forms, which should fix minor bugs. Can you try again and see how it goes? If the issue persists, can you specify who are not getting the filled applications, the form fillers or the notification email recipient? Also, can you provide us a screenshot of how your dashboard looks like? We’ve got a guide here that’ll show you how to do that.
