How to create a survey form and provide a custom message based on the user's score?

Hallo zusammen,

Ich benötige eine Umfrage bzw. Analyse, dass mir Teilergebnisse liefert und einen Report am Ende.

Die Umfrage soll 150-200 Fragen stellen, Single Choice-Fragen.

Der Kunde soll alle 200 Fragen auf einmal beantworten.

Nach dem Beantworten der Fragen soll es dann Teilergebnisse geben.

Für meine Umfrage benötige ich 5 Teilergebnisse:

Überthema: Glückliche Beziehung führen (Gesamt: 150-200 Fragen):

Frage 1-20 = Unterthema 1 (besser kommunizieren) 

—> mit Range: (sehr gut / gut / schlecht) —> also eine separates Ranking für die Antwortmöglichkeiten 1-20.

Frage 21-50 = Unterthema 2 (besser streiten) wieder als Ergebnis mit 3 Ranges

Frage 50-90 = Unterthema 3 (besser lieben) wieder als Ergebnis mit 3 Ranges

Frage 90-130 = Unterthema 4 - wieder als Ergebnis mit 3 Ranges

Frage 131-150 = Unterthema 5 - wieder als Ergebnis mit 3 Ranges

Ich benötige ein Ergebnis für jedes Unterthema, da man hier jeweils anders abschneiden kann. 

Die einen kommunizieren vielleicht schon gut, streiten aber falsch und umgekehrt.

Ich möchte als die Probleme je Unterthema herausfinden.

Daher benötige ich die Ergebnis-Punkte-Schwellen für 

Fragen 1-20 —> Ergeben Teilergebnis 1 mit 3 Punkteschwellen (sehr gut / gut / schlecht) 

Fragen 21-50 —> Ergeben Teilergebnis 2 mit jeweils 3 Punkteschwellen (sehr gut / gut / schlecht) 

Etc.

Am Ende soll es dann eine Übersichtsseite (am besten auch einen Report geben), 

wo die Teilergebnisse aufgelistet werden.

Dein Ergebnis:

Unterthema 1 = Sehr gut im Bereich „besser kommunizieren“

Unterthema 2 = Gut im Bereich „besser streiten“

Unterthema 3 = Sehr gut im Bereich „besser lieben“

Unterthema 4 = Sehr gut im Bereich „besser xx“

Unterthema 5 = Sehr gut im Bereich „besser xxx““

Now, coming back to your question, You can assign a calculation value to the options on your Single Choice fields and their calculation values to calculate the user's score based on their answers. Let me show you how to assign calculation value to your options:

1. Add the Single Choice field to your form.
2. Click the Gear icon attached to the Single Choice field.
3. Go to the Options tab.
4. Toggle on the button under Calculation Values.
5. Add the calculation value of each item.

Do it for all the questions on your form. Now, you can add the Form Calculation widget to get the total of the score. Here's a screenshot of the element:

Repeat the same steps for all your questions in the other subtopics. Then, if you need to display a custom Thank You message based on the result of the calculation widgets, you can add a Change Thank You page conditional logic.
