Daten in eine PDF Tabelle darstellen

Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren,

Wir führen Seminare durch und die Teilnehmer geben sich in ein Formular ein, welches wir erstellt haben. Ist es möglich die gesammelten Informationen der Teilnehmer in einer PDF Tabelle auf einem vorgefertigten PDF (Teilnehmerliste) darzustellen?

Also das zusammenfassen der Daten in einer PDF Datei?

Thank you for your feedback. The participants provide different data, such as name, first name, date of birth, and more. In the end, these data should be compiled into a participant list on a single PDF, as a table.

Would it also be possible to include data from another form into the PDF?

Hi Daniel,

Jotform's PDF Editor lets you easily change or edit the form fields in the PDF files used for submissions. Any changes you make will be applied directly to the files to be downloaded. Let me show you how to do it:

• In PDF Editor, click on the Add Element menu on the left side of the page.
• Under the Basic Elements tab, scroll down the list to the Form Elements section.
• Here, you can add, remove, or edit the form fields you want shown on the PDF.

• Under the Form Fields tab, left-click on the fields you want to use to add them to your PDF.

You might also want to check out our guide about How to Create PDF Forms with PDF Editor. Unfortunately, you can't include data from another form into the form's PDF.
