Ich möchte ein Formular bauen bei dem je nach Antworten (Skala 1-5) pro Frageblock (1 Frageblock = 3 Fragen) ein individuelles schriftliches Ergebnis automatisch entsteht.

Beispiel: Frageblock 1 hat drei Fragen zur Bewertung der eigenen beruflichen Situation. Antworten kann man zwischen 1 und 5. Wenn überwiegend positiv geantwortet wird, soll die Auswertung den "positiven Text" für Frageblock 1 der Gesamtauswertung/Gesamttext zuordnen. Genauso anders herum: Wenn die Person bei Frageblock 2 die Situation im Team eher negative bewertet, soll in der Gesamtauswertung die negative Beschreibung für diesen Frageblock hinzugefügt werden.

Meine Frage ist, wie lässt sich die Auswertung mit (Wenn/Dann Formeln?) individualisieren, dass ein möglichst individuelles Ergebnis rausspringt?

Now, coming back to your question. If I understood correctly, you want to create an evaluation form. This form has blocks of questions, each containing 3 questions. Each question asks the user to choose from a scale from 1 to 5. If the answers in a block are predominately positive, the evaluation will show a positive text; of they are predominately negative, it'll show a negative text. If so, this is possible by using the Scale Rating survey element and the Form Calculation widget with Condition Logic. It's easy. Let me show you how with an example:

1. In Form Builder, click on Add Form Element on the left.
2. First, find and click on Scale Rating on the left menu. As an example, I added three Scale Rating fields and named them Question 1, Question 2, and Question 3.
3. Second, find and click on Short Text on the left menu. To continue with the example, I added two Short Text fields, named the Default Values as Positive Text and Negative Text, and turned on Hide Field.
4. Third, click on the WIDGETS tab on the left menu. Then click on Form Calculation. On the right panel, click on ADD FIELD to select the questions and click on the Plus sign to add these values. When you're done, click on SAVE.

After adding the necessary fields, we can add Condition Logic rules to show Positive Text or Negative Text. Here are the rest of the steps:

1. In Form Builder, click on SETTINGS at the top. Then click on CONDITIONS on the left menu. Here, click on SHOW/HIDE FIELD.
