Sehr geehrtes Team,

leider ist mit unsem Account etwas passiert.

Statt ein vergessenes Passwort wurde leider ein neuer Account erstellt. Weshalb das mit den gleichen Daten wie der schon bestehende geschehen konnte ist mir ein Rätsel?

Dadurch haben wir aber jetzt unsere Formulare verloren.

Bitte können Sie den "alten" Account wieder reaktivieren.

Now, coming back to your question. A new account cannot be created unless the Create Account button is clicked. The form 220195442044044 is associated with the email address gab***b**l@hot***l.com. Are you familiar with the email address? If so, you can log in to the account so that you can edit the form. If you do not have access to the account, then you can reset the password. Resetting your Jotform account password is easy to do. Let me take you through it:

1. Go to the Jotform Main Page and click on Login.

2. On the login screen, click on Forgot Password.

3. Enter your email address and then click on Send Reset Instructions.

4. You'll get an email with instructions about how to reset your password. In the email, click on Reset Password.

5. Enter your new password, enter it again to verify it, and then click on Create a New Password.
