How to remove Jotform Branding?

wir haben extra einen kostenpflichtigen Plan gekauft und trotzdem wird auf der Dankesseite ein "Jotform"-Claim weiterhin angezeigt. Ganz schön nervig. Dann brauchen wir einen andere Dienst, wenn das nicht zu entfernen ist.

Now, let me help you with your question. I can see that your account is on the Bronze plan. Can you please verify if you have disabled the Jotform Branding feature from the Account Settings page? Let me show you how:

1. Click on the Profile icon in the top right corner of the website and select Settings from the submenu.
   
2. Scroll down to Jotform Branding.
3. Uncheck the Show “Powered by Jotform” on my forms button.

Can you give it a try and see how it goes? If the same thing happens again, we'll investigate it more to see if we can figure out what's going on.
