    Ich kann mich nicht mehr einloggen.

    beim zurücksetzten des Passwort kommt auch keine Mail an. Im spam kommt auch nichts.

    Now, coming back to your question, I have checked that the account linked to your email is a Guest Account. Guest account is a one-time login feature, so you won't be able to reset the password in this account. You will need to sign up for a free account first. You can use the same email address you used for your Guest account, so you can use it to sign up for an account here.
