Probleme mit der Zapier-Integration

    Hi, Zapier hat mich wissen lassen, dass ich meine Zaps (die feuern mit neuer "submission") auf eine neue Jotform Version updaten muss.


    Das hat überhaupt nicht geklappt, und nun feuern meine Zaps nicht mehr. Seit ich die Zaps angefasst habe, bekomme ich nur noch die Fehlermeldung, dass es nicht möglich ist, mein Konto zu verbinden.

    Als ich versuchte, mich durch die Vorgehensweise bei diesem Update zu wursteln, habe ich Folgendes getan: Ich habe den großen blauen Update-Button gefunden, ihn gedrückt und bestätigt, als Auslöser erneut „Neue Übermittlung“ ausgewählt, als ich aufgefordert wurde, die Verbindung wiederherzustellen, diesen Schritt eine Million Mal ausgeführt (ja, Übertreibung), als dies zu einem Fehler führte, habe ich den erschienenen Link zum erneuten Verbinden benutzt (ohne Erfolg), ich habe versucht, Verbindungen über die Registerkarte „Verbindungen“ erneut zu verbinden, alte zu testen, neue Verbindung hinzufügen – alles schlug mit Fehlermeldungen fehl.

    In Jotform finde ich nur die Nachricht, dass die Verbindung grün ist, weiß ich nicht mehr, was ich tun soll.

    Now, I'll help you with your question. I’m sorry you're having issues with this. You can delete the existing Method steps from your zap and re-add them. The ones you re-add will be the updated version of the app’s integration. Here is an example of a similar issue in Zapier's community forum. We also have a guide about integrating your form to Zapier through Jotform that you can check out. Can you try it again and see how it goes? If you run into the same issue again, can you tell us which App is trying to connect via Zapier? Also please let us know the URL of the form.

    Additionally, for better understanding can you send us a video recording showing where you encounter the issue so we can replicate the correct steps from our end and see if the issue is replication from our end as well? You can use Loom to record the video and share the video link with us. You can save the file in your Google Drive and share with us the link here. Please make sure that anyone with the link can access it.

    Thank you for the answer - in fact English is probably easiest for me too.

    I think there was a bit that has gone lost in translation. I doubt that working on the zaps directly will resolve the problem, seeing that I seem to have connection issues - I have created a video that shows this.

    The zap connects brevo with jotform - but as already stated I don't think the issue is the zap, seeing that I can't seem to get the connection working on zapier.

    Thanks for getting back to us. I'm sorry this is happening. I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, but everything was working properly. Could you please try deleting the Zapier API from your Jotform account settings and then try to connect the Jotform account on Zapier again? Let me show you how you can delete it:

    1. Log in to your account, at the upper right of the page click your profile icon and then select settings.
    2. Click API on the left panel
    3. Look for Zapier and click the 'X' across it.

    Once you've done it, go back to Zapier and create a zap.
