Anfrage zur Integration von Stripe für wiederkehrende Zahlungen in Jotform / Inquiry about Stripe Integration for Recurring Payments in Jotform

Sehr geehrtes Jotform-Support-Team,

mein Name ist Denis Demir, ich bin Geschäftsführer der Stiftung LeseAllianz. Wir bieten auf unserer Website eine monatliche Mitgliedschaft an, die über ein Anmeldeformular (Jotform) zur Verfügung steht. Die Zahlungsabwicklung für die monatliche Gebühr soll über das Zahlungssystem Stripe erfolgen. Unser Ziel ist eine automatische, wiederkehrende Abbuchung in Höhe von 15 € vom Konto des Kunden.

Wir haben einen IT-Entwickler damit beauftragt, Stripe als Payment-System mit Jotform und unserer Internetseite zu verbinden. Leider teilte mir der Entwickler mit, dass die Jotform-Integration nur einmalige Zahlungen, jedoch nicht Abonnements unterstützt.

Könnten Sie bitte bestätigen, ob es tatsächlich nicht möglich ist, die Integration mit Stripe für wiederkehrende monatliche Abonnements zu nutzen? Falls doch, wären wir sehr dankbar für eine Anleitung oder Hinweise, wie dies implementiert werden kann.

My name is Denis Demir, and I am the Managing Director of the LeseAllianz Foundation. On our website, we offer a monthly membership, which is provided through a registration form (Jotform). The payment processing for the monthly fee is intended to be handled via the Stripe payment system. Our goal is to set up an automatic, recurring charge of €15 from the customer's account.

We have tasked an IT developer with integrating Stripe as the payment system with Jotform and our website. Unfortunately, the developer informed me that the Jotform integration supports only one-time payments and not subscriptions.

Could you please confirm whether it is indeed not possible to use the integration with Stripe for recurring monthly subscriptions? If it is possible, we would greatly appreciate guidance or instructions on how to implement this.

Hi Denis,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. You can set recurrent charge when using the Stripe Checkout integration in your form, it's easy. Let me show you how to do it. 

1. In Form Builder, in the orange bar navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Build.
2. Select your product list and click on the Wand icon.
3. In the right panel for the Stripe Checkout Integration settings, at the Payment Type, select Sell Subscriptions.
4. Connect the integration to your Stripe account.
5. And click on Continue.
6. Once done, you can add subscriptions in the Product List element when clicking on + Add Subscription.
