Eingebettetes Formular wird nicht richtig geladen.

wir mussten heute leider feststellen, dass unser eingebundenes Jotform-Formular nicht vollständig lädt, wodurch es leider nicht genutzt werden kann.

Dieses Problem scheint vor allem beim Mac aufzutreten (bei anderen Geräten funktioniert es zum Teil). Gibt es hier Erfahrungswerte, woran das liegen könnte?

Bitte prüfen Sie das Problem und geben Sie uns Lösungsmöglichkeiten.

Now, coming back to your question, I tried to access the form through your website using Chrome browser on my Macbook Air, but everything seems to be working properly as it should. The form loads correctly, and I am able to click on the buttons and options. Here's a screencast of my result:

As a precaution, I have cleared your browser's cache to refresh your forms. This normally fixes temporary issues. Can you try again and see how it goes? If you ran into the same issue, can you try clearing your browser's cache and try again?
