Hallo.
LG

Hi Jungle_Folk,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our German Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in German, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.
Now, let me help you with your question. Yes, you can have two different languages on your form, and you can send a link that will access the form in a certain language. I created a sample form, and applied the same changes to it. Check out the screencast below:
As you can see, I was able to change the language of the form using the URL parameter. Let me show you how to do it:
First, let's add German language to your form:
1. In Form Builder, click on Settings in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen, and click on Show More Options.
2. Click on Edit under Form Languages section.
3. Click on Add Language, and choose German.
4. Click on Add.
5. Manually enter the translation of the untranslated fields.
Now, let's get your form URL, then access the form with the URL parameter to specify the language you want for the form:
1. Click on Publish in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen, and click on Copy Link.
2. Append the URL parameter on your form URL by following the URL format below:
https://jotform.com/{form-ID}?language=de-DE
You can visit this guide for language codes.
That's it. Let us know if you have any other questions.
