Fragen zu Abos, mehrere Mail-Adressen in Benachrichtigungs-Mail

    Guten Tag,


    wir haben innerhalb eines Formulars eine Benachrichtigungs-E-Mail eingerichtet und würden dort gerne mehrere Empfänger-E-Mail-Adressen hinterlegen. Dort wird uns jedoch angezeigt, dass wir für diese Funktion upgraden müssen. Jetzt ist meine Frage, ist diese Funktion bei allen kostenpflichtigen Abos enthalten oder welches Abo müssten wir dafür abschließen.


    Eine weitere Frage: Können die Abos bei euch nur jährlich oder auch monatlich abgeschlossen werden und sind diese auch monatlich kündbar? Gibt es aktuell ein Angebot bzw. ein vergünstigtes Abo?

    Now, coming back to your question, yes, the functionality on having more than one email address recipient, up to a total of 10 email addresses for notifications is available under the paid plan. This is available from Bronze up to Gold.

    With regard to subscription payments, you have the option for either monthly or yearly. Discount offers usually are offered only on yearly pricing, which on the sample screenshot below, there appears a Spring Sale happening. But take note that this kind of offer does not happen all the time so depending on the circumstances and offers given by the marketing, a 50% discount may be available:

    In any case, we may also offer first-time subscribers a 50% discount but this is still subject to marketing approval which should only be available within 30 days from the time the account is created.

    With regard to cancellations, we provide full refunds within 30 days of the paid subscription in case the subscriber decides to downgrade on their annual plans. For monthly subscribers, we have a 30-day money-back guarantee for the first month of subscription of the account.

    Thanks for waiting. I checked with the team, and unfortunately, monthly subscriptions have no discount pricing. You can purchase the discounted offer for one-year as we have enabled the discount offer for 1-year plans on your account instead.
