How to connect Approval Status of the form to HubSpot?

And as far as the approval process is concerned, is that also possible in Hubspot or do you have to go to the Jotform dashboard.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. To confirm, do you mean you want to log the Approval status in Hubspot? I have made some tests and the Approval Status cannot be logged into the HubSpot Integration. Although that feature isn’t available yet, as a workaround, we can use the PDF Submission Report where the Approval Status can be implemented.

Then, we can use the Google Drive Integration where the submission data will be integrated with the Approval Status; therefore, using third-party platforms like Zapier, the Google Drive and the HubSpot integrations can be merged, and the file with the Approval Status can be integrated into HubSpot.

While the feature you’re looking for isn’t currently available, rest assured we’re always working to add new services and features to Jotform. I've gone ahead and escalated your request to our Developer Team. When or if it's developed depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users request it. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know.
