    Hallo liebes Support-Team.

    Ich habe eine Integration von den Emails, die ich in meinem Formular hier einsammle zu GetResponse gemacht. Die Verbindung hat auch einwandfrei funktioniert. Nun werden sie allerdings nicht mehr übertragen und ich verstehe nicht warum. Bitte führt alle Tests durch, um mir mit diesem Probelm schnellstmöglich zu helfen, da wir aktive Kampagnen laufen haben.

    Hi Jana,

    Thanks for patiently waiting. I cloned your form and tried to replicate the issue but the same thing happened to me. I was able to transfer the contacts manually from Jotform to GetResponse Integration. Take a look at the screenshot below:

    1. In Form Builder, click Settings on the orange navigation bar.
    2. On the left side select Integrations.
    3. Then click the existing GetResponse Integration and click Remove Integration.
    4. After that, search for GetResponse Integration and integrate it again.

    Hi Jana,

    Thanks for patiently waiting. I'm sorry that this is happening. When I cloned and tested your form again, the same thing happened to me. Upon further investigation, I was able to find a solution. Let me show you how:

    1. In Form Builder, click Settings on the orange navigation bar.
    2. On the left side select Integrations, search for GetResponse Integration.
    3. Generate your API Key using your GetResponse Account then paste it into the input box and click Authenticate.
    4. After that, Choose a List Name and make sure that you match the fields from Jotform to GetResponse.
    5. Lastly, select the number of the Cycle Days in which the autoresponder cycle will be started.

    The match fields and cycle day will trigger the submission to automatically transfer the data from Jotform to GetResponse Integration.

    Hi Jana,

    Thanks for getting back to us. Can you try creating a new form and only add a couple of fields there like the Name and Email fields? Then, integrate that form with the same GetResponse account. Next, do a couple of test submissions to see if the data from the new form will be sent to GetResponse List you've used.

    If the data gets sent to GetResponse, please try adjusting your current integration on the main form, and only map two fields: Email and Name fields. Next, do a test submission, and if the data is sent, add another field in the integration. Add another field, then do a test submission until we isolate what particular field is causing the issue.

    Thanks for getting back to us. I'm sorry you're having trouble with this. To troubleshoot further, could you try re-integrating your form with GetResponse, but this time, use only minimum fields like name and email and see how it goes? Sometimes, using a different email address may also help.

    yeah, I´ve tried myself and it works as long as I don´t use the custom
    field "datenschutz" which I actually also need to be transferred. can you
    please check that?

    Hi Jana,

    Thanks for getting back to us. It appears that you are trying to map the checkbox field with a number field in your GetResponse integration. Unfortunately, this kind of mapping is not currently supported. You can instead use the generally accepted "Text" field type and try doing the integration again.
