Why my account was suspended?

    Wir haben vor einigen Tagen Ihre Formularplattform getestet und für unsere Webseite erstellt. Nun wurde der Zugang zum Posteingang gesperrt. Können Sie uns bitte erklären, wieso? Weil es die kostenlose Version ist?

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Our German Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users right now, so I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in German, let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.

    Now, coming back to your question, I checked your account, and it appears that your form Einfaches Bewerbungsformular was flagged as offering fake services. If you believe that your account was suspended in error, we’ll need you to do the following:

    • Send us the URL where your form is used.
    • Send us a link to your website or proof of affiliation with a legitimate institution.
    • Change your registered email to a corporate one to avoid getting flagged again by our phishing detector.

    Send all of these to reviewers@jotform.com with Thread# 15247911 as the subject, and we’ll let you know the status of your account after we’ve done a thorough review of them.
