File Upload: Directly show the uploaded PDF in the PDF copy of the submission

Now, coming back to your question, unfortunately, I see your account is HIPAA-enabled. Due to HIPAA restrictions, your form fillers are required to create an account to view the uploaded files in the email.

thanks for checking the Problems.

I think there is am missunderstanding - there is no Problem by the form fillers, but only by recieving the form and getting acess to the uploaded file.

The file or photo which is taken by mobile, it appears in the pdf by using the encryption password.

But the uploaded file is only shown as a file and there is no chance for our support to check it.

Why is there the difference between the photo and the file - hope you understand me.

We really appreciate your patience and understanding while we’re looking into this. If I understand correctly, you want to display the upload file directly on the PDF copy of the submission, correct?

If so, unfortunately, it is not possible to show the PDFs directly in the PDF report. Unlike images, PDFs will always show as a link. If you want all the attachments to show directly on the PDF, you can restrict the uploadable files to image files only on your form. But, if you were referring to something else, can you explain a bit more so we can help you with it?
