Now, coming back to your question, because this form is associated with a different Jotform account, you’ll need to ask the owner to send us a request from their account. Here is how they can do this:

• Ask them to log in to their Jotform account.
• Once logged in, they can create a forum thread from the Contact Us page.
• Ask them to include the link to the form, as well as the email address associated with the account they want the form transferred to, in their request.

Once we hear back from them, we'll be able to move forward with this.
