Subscription Plan to accept submissions on multiple devices

    Bleibt es bei einer Lizenz (z.B. Bronze), wenn wir während einer Messe mit mehreren Tablets erfassen wollen?
    Es geht hier rein um die Erfassung. Die Formulare werden bis auf weiteres nur durch mich erstellt.

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our German Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in German, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

    Now, coming back to your question, the plan that you will get depends on how you will use Jotform. Each subscription plans have different limits. The higher the plan is, the bigger the limit you'll have. You can check the full list on Jotform's Features and Pricing page so you'll know which plan is the best for you. Note that Starter, Bronze, Silver, and Gold Plans are single-user login only and cannot be used on multiple devices at the same time. If you want to, you can use the sub-user feature which is available for Enterprise accounts. You can contact our Enterprise Sales Team to receive a custom price quote tailored to your organization’s needs.

    If you don't want to use the sub-user feature, what you can do is make an account for each tablet and let each account clone your form so you'll still be able to have the same form across each device. Since it is on multiple accounts, this means the data will also be on multiple accounts. You would have to export the data from the Tables page from each account and combine them manually so you'll have one file for all the data.
