Can the customer receive a PDF while we receive data

Now, coming back to your question, if I understood it correctly, are you asking if the customer can receive a PDF copy of their responses while you receive data to be used for API? If so, then yes. You can send the customer a copy of their responses via the Autoresponder Email. You can attach the autogenerated PDF of their responses to the email.

As for the data that you will receive, you can get them on the Tables page. You can Download Form Submissions as Excel or CSV which you can use for your API.
