I assumed you were referring to your Anfrage Fertiungsteile form. You can try using the Form Calculation widget to add a comma separator to your values. Let me show you how to do it:

1. In Form Builder, on the left side of the screen, click on Add Form Element, look for the Form Calculation widget, and add it to your form.
2. Click the Widget Settings and click the Option button
3. Checked the User commas for the decimal point option
