Embedded form not showing on my website

Now, coming back to your question, I checked your form, and it seems its code is conflicting with the current embed method you're using. Can you try using the iFrame method instead? Let me show you how to get it:

1. In Form Builder, click on Publish.
2. Select Embed on the left, then click on iFrame.
3. Click on Copy Code button and use the provided iframe code to embed your form into your website.
