Möglichkeit zum Download von selbstdesigntem PDF wird nicht angezeigt

    Hallo!

    Mir ist aufgefallen, dass man nicht-eingeloggt im Posteingang nicht mehr die ausgefüllten Formulare im selbstdesignten PDF-Format herunterladen kann, sondern nur mehr im "Posteingang"-Design. Das ist sehr ärgerlich, weil es immer funktioniert hat und meine User nicht bereit sind, sich einen Jotform-Account zu erstellen nur für diese Funktion, wenn sonst alles nicht-eingeloggt auch funktioniert. Können Sie diese PDF-Variante bitte wieder aktivieren?

    Hi Martin,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our German Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in German, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

    Now, coming back to your question. I understand how difficult and stressful this is. Rest assured, we’ll find a solution for it. Can you take a screenshot of what’s happening and send it to us? This guide will show you how to do that.

    as you can see there is only the "print version" available and not the custom made pdf ("new document", see next screenshot), which I can only download when I'm logged in at jotform.com:

    Hi Martin,

    Unfortunately, the only available PDF to be downloaded is the Print Version when you're accessing submissions if you are not logged in. But if you're logged in, you'll be able to download the custom PDF document. 

    I agree that it would be better if the non-logged-in users could also download the different PDF documents in the Sentbox. I have escalated a feature request for this to our developers. Just note that when or if it's developed depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users also request it. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know.

    hi again!

    it's really strange that it doesn't work now because it was working a few days ago. so the developers must have changed the settings, so that the button is now hidden. I'm 100% sure about this because my users don't have accounts, but they were always able to download the custom PDF. can you please check again with your developers?
