Hallo, wo kann ich meine hochgeladenen Daten einsehen, sodass ich hier welche löschen kann um auf dem geringsten Abonement zu bleiben?

Hi PLANEOS,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our German Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in German, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.
Now, coming back to your question, I understand how upsetting this is. I’m going to do my best to resolve it for you. I checked your account and I noticed that you already reached your Uploads space limit. The upload space limit refers to the files uploaded by the users. If your users attach files to the File Upload field and submit them, then the size of the uploaded file will be counted in your upload space. Under the Starter plan, you have 190.37 MB / 100.00 MB upload space.
To free up the upload space, you'll have to delete your submissions. Please note that Download all the submissions just in case you need it for future instances. Reference Guide: How to Download the Submission Files. After that, you can go to form submissions and delete the submissions. This will free up the upload space. Reference guide: How to Delete Form Submission Data Or, you can also upgrade your account to a higher plan to increase your account limit. To understand your account limits and usage better please check this guide for more details.
Please note that deleting submissions in Jotform Tables does not permanently delete the data. They are kept in the trash folder for 30 days. This allows you to restore submissions as needed. The deleted submissions in the Trashed entries folder must be Purge. To permanently delete the trashed submissions. You can follow the steps below:
- Open the main tab’s menu using the three-dot icon next to it.
- Select Trashed entries from the menu.
- In the Trash pane on the right, choose the submissions to delete, then select Delete Forever.
- Finally, select Delete in the confirmation dialog.
Let us know if you need any other help.

PLANEOSGeantwortet am 17. Mai 2024 um 07:05Hello,
I just deleted some entries where all the data is from.
I still get the information that I don’t have storage.
Is there some point where I can see how much I have used and where?
Mit freundlichen Grüßen
Niclas Wagner

Hi PLANEOS,
Thanks for getting back to us. I'm really sorry that you're having difficulties with this. I've gone ahead and recalculated your limits and cleared your form caches. Your Upload Space is now 13.62 MB / 100.00 MB. Your account right now is activated as well.
Reach out again if there's anything else we can help you with.

Hi PLANEOS,
Thanks for getting back to us. When I checked out your four forms, I could not replicate an issue. All four forms are active and working as expected. Can you please clear your Mozilla Firefox web browser's caches and try again? You can also check the form in Google Chrome's incognito mode to see if you can still get the same error. Can you also let us know which form URLs show you the form overquota error so we can check that form from our end?
Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to move forward with a solution.
