Datenspeicher immer noch voll

    Hallo lieber Jotform-Support,

    uns wird seit gestern angezeigt, dass der Datenspeicher voll ist.

    Ich habe daraufhin gerade mehrere Formulareinträge + Daten gelöscht. Trotzdem wird uns angezeigt, dass der Speicher weiterhin voll ist.

    Hättet ihr diesbezüglich Feedback für uns?

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our German Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in German, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

    Now, coming back to your question, I've gone ahead and recalculated your limits and cleared your form caches. Can you give it another try to see if everything is working the way it's supposed to? If you're still having difficulties with this, Can you explain a bit more about the issue you're having so that I can have a better idea of what's going on and help you with a solution? It will also be helpful if you can take a screenshot of what's happening and share it with our Support Forum. This guide will show you how to do that.

    After we hear back from you, we'll be able to move forward with this.

    Clearing the form caches seemed to work perfectly. Our data limit is now correct. Thank you for your help.
