PayPal personal is not working

    Hallo,

    Ich habe als Zahlungsmittel paypal eingefügt. Wenn ich zu den Zahlungseinstellungen gehe, habe ich die Informationen eingegeben. Wenn ich dann auf weiter klicke, dann erscheint das Bild 2. Es ist aber keine Verknüpfung vorhanden. Weder erscheint das Paypal Zeichen im Formular, noch kann ich einzahlen. (Ich habe es getestet, funktioniert nicht.) Ich verstehe nicht, was ich da falsch mache.

    Hello Tatjana,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our German Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in German, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

    I checked your Paypal integration and confirmed it was configured correctly. Usually, removing and adding it back solves the issue. Here's how:

    1. In Form Builder, click the Product List and click Remove Integration.
    2. After removing, click Add Elements, then under Payments tab, select Paypal Personal.
    3. In the panel on the right side of the page, click on Connect. This will take you to the PayPal page.
    4. Now, enter all the necessary information and connect your PayPal account with your form. That's it.

    I also cleared your form's cache for extra measure. Can you try it again and see how it goes? If you run into the same issue again, let us know, and we'll do some more testing to see what's going on.
