Redirect to an external link in Thank you page is not working

    Hallo,

    ich habe mehrfach probiert die URL der Dankeseite zu aktualisieren. Diese ist im Formular hinterlegt, allerdings wenn ich das Formular teste, dann kommt immernoch die alte URL, von der ich das Formular dupliziert habe.

    Was kann ich tun?

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our German Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. Or, if you'd rather have support in German, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

    Now, coming back to your question, I’m really sorry that this is happening. I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, and I ran into the same issue. When I looked at your form, I saw that you have a Change Thank You page condition on the form that if the Futurico Checkbox Widget is filled, then it will redirect to the standard thank you page. Please see the screenshot below:

    Redirect to an external link in Thank you page is not working Image 1 Screenshot 40To fix the issue, you'll need to delete the condition. Doing that is easy. Let me show you how:

    1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen, click on Settings.
    2. Click on Conditions on the left side of the screen.
    3. Select the condition you wish to delete and click on the Delete button at the top.
