How to free up our upload usage?

    Hi kleining,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our German Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in German, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

    If you'd like to free up some upload space from your account, attachments or submissions that come with it must be permanently deleted. Let me show you how to do that:

    1. In Tables, select the submissions to delete and then click on the Delete button at the upper right.
    2. On the pop-up window, click on the Move To Trash button to confirm deleting the submissions.How to free Upload Space limit Image 1 Screenshot 30 Screenshot 10

    The deleted submission will remain in the Trashed Entries folder for 30 days before it gets purged. Unless the submissions are purged, it will still count towards your upload usage. Let's continue on how to purge them so they can be freed up from your space usage. Let's do it:

    1. In your submission tables, click on the 3 vertical dots on the right of the table tab.
    2. Select the Trashed Entries.
    3. Then, select the deleted entries and then click on the Delete Forever button.
