Now, coming back to your question. You have to delete the submissions in order to free up space. Look for the submissions of the forms that you allow users to upload files. Let me show you how:

1. Go to the Jotform Table, select the items to delete, and then click on the Delete button at the upper right. You may also click on the Download button to get a back up before deleting the submissions.
2. On the pop-up window, click on the Move to Trash button to confirm deleting the submissions.
3. Now, click on the 3 vertical dots on the right of the table tab, and select the Trashed Entries.
   
4. Select all deleted entries that show on the right, click on the Delete Forever button, and then confirm it on the pop-up window.
